As any child with food allergies our son has had minor reactions and pretty major ones as well as everything in between. The reaction that led to my son being diagnosed was definetly up there with our most scary reactions. Nonetheless, and unfortunately, we have dealt with other scary situations and reactions.
Throughout them I have learned that it is imperative for us to remain calm. I have also learned that my son is willing to play and smile through these crazy reactions that he has had. I am greatful that my son has such an amazing personality to deal with not just his allergies but his disease as well.
